Mô tả công việc:
• Monitor Order Plan with the factory base on received P/O from customer.
• To coordinate with factory to assure that ordered products is being produced on-time, meet up best quality and as well as customer required specifications.
• Coordinate with Factory & Operation staff to arrange stuffing schedule and ensure cargo to be stuffed in container on-time to catch up vessel’s closing time.
• Get update of Stuffing Details from the factory daily and monitor stuffing quantity.
• Handle and arrange system updates according to company procedure
• Take complaints (if any) and coordinate with relevant staff / department to deal with such complaints or suggest solutions to problems
• Other tasks if being required by manager
Yêu cầu chung:
• Female Age under 25 years old
• Fresh students are preferable
• Strong negotiation skills in Vietnamese.
• Bachelor/College Degree from related fields.
• Be able to work under high pressure and solve problem effectively.
• Responsible, initiative, independent personality.
• Salary: competitive, discuss during interview
• Good communication, team work, presentation
