Mô tả công việc:
1. Job Descriptions:
• Manage Purchasing Order and arrange delivery schedule base on cargo ready date and carrier schedule.
• Coordinate with trucking company to arrange trucking schedule base on stuffing plan in pre-loading plan.
• Get stuffing details (Container number, seal number, number of bags, weight) from factory and update into pre-loading/final-loading daily.
• Coordinate with factory, trucking company and documentation dept to ensure cargo to be stuffed in container and declared customs on-time to catch up vessel’s closing time
• Handle and arrange system updates according to company procedure.
• Ocean freight, trucking cost checking if being required or any other works assigned by manager.
Yêu cầu chung:
2. Requirements:
• Female// Age under 28 years old.
• At least 1 year working experience in shipping line, forwarder or same position.
• Good knowledge of export and shipping, trading document procedure
• College/Bachelor degree from Foreign Trade University/College, Economic University or Maritime University or related fields.
• Be able to work under high pressure and solve problem effectively.
• Responsible, initiative, independent personality.
